Does The Magician's Assistant sell products?
No. The Magician's Assistant is a product-discovery tool. Selecting a product opens the applicable third-party retailer’s website. Purchases, payments, shipping, returns, and customer service are handled by that retailer.
Why is a price or product unavailable?
Retailer prices, inventory, product details, and availability can change without notice. Always confirm current information on the retailer’s website before purchasing.
Does The Magician's Assistant require an account?
No. You do not need to create an account or sign in to use The Magician's Assistant.
Is The Magician's Assistant affiliated with the listed retailers?
No. The Magician's Assistant is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Penguin Magic, Vanishing Inc., Murphy’s Magic, Ellusionist, Google, YouTube, or any other listed service.

The Magician's Assistant respects your privacy. The Magician's Assistant does not require an account and does not operate a developer-owned analytics, advertising, or tracking service.
Information Processed
When you perform a search, the search terms you enter are sent directly from your device to the magic retailers you select. The Magician's Assistant does not send those search terms to a server operated by the developer.
Product images and store icons may be loaded from retailers and other third-party services. Those services may receive standard network information, including your IP address and device or browser headers, according to their own privacy policies.
When you open a product, video, or external link, you leave The Magician's Assistant and interact with the retailer, YouTube, or another third-party service. Your activity is then governed by that service’s terms and privacy policy.
Storage, Sharing, and Sale
The Magician's Assistant does not:
Create user profiles
Sell personal information
Share personal information with data brokers or advertising networks
Retain your search history on a developer-operated server
Process purchases or payment information
Third-Party Purchases
MagicSearch does not sell products or process payments. Before purchasing, confirm current pricing, availability, shipping, return policies, and privacy terms directly with the retailer.
Children’s Privacy
The Magician's Assistant is a shopping-discovery tool and is not directed to children under 13.
