We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We never give it to another business for its marketing or use it for unrelated advertising.
This policy explains how JustGreatMagic LLC, the business behind Scott Anthony’s Just Great Magic, handles information on this website.
What you choose to share
When you contact Scott, we receive your name, email address, message, and any event date or location you provide. If you check the public-show updates box, we also receive that preference. Only your name, email, and message are required to send an inquiry. Please include only the details needed to discuss your event.
If you complete a feedback survey after a performance, we receive your rating and answers, plus any name, email address, or quote permission you choose to give. We only quote your comments publicly if you give permission, and only in the way you choose.
How we use it
We use your contact information to answer your questions, discuss availability, and arrange the event or service you request. We do not add you to a marketing list just because you contact us.
Public-show updates are optional and require your opt-in. You can stop them at any time by replying to an update or emailing scott@justgreatmagic.com. Choosing not to receive updates does not affect your inquiry.
Who handles your information
Inquiries are sent to Scott’s business inbox. Hostinger provides website hosting, and Titan provides email delivery and storage. These services necessarily process information to operate the website and handle your messages. We do not provide your inquiry details to third parties for their advertising or marketing.
We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, abuse, or a threat to someone’s safety.
Website visits and outside services
The contact form uses a hashed network address and submission times to limit spam. The hosting service may also keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, requested pages, and access times, to deliver and secure the website. The website code does not include advertising pixels or a separate visitor-analytics service.
The homepage includes a YouTube video in privacy-enhanced mode. Loading or interacting with that player may still share technical information with YouTube. Links to social networks and public-event listings take you to other services, which have their own privacy practices. See Google’s privacy policy for information about YouTube.
Keeping and deleting information
Inquiries are kept in our business email, rather than in a public website database. We keep correspondence as needed to respond, manage your event, and meet any applicable recordkeeping requirements. We do not keep it for unrelated marketing.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided by emailing scott@justgreatmagic.com. We may need to verify the request. We will honor deletion requests unless information must be retained for a legal obligation or an ongoing service you requested; if so, we will explain. Copies in service-provider backups may remain until those backups expire.
Questions or changes
Contact scott@justgreatmagic.com with any privacy question or request to stop updates. If our practices change, we will update this page and its revision date. We will not treat a policy update as permission to use previously collected information for unrelated purposes.
